Trademarks

A trademark is any visible sign that is used to distinguish and identify a product or service from others of the same class or kind. Its main function is to serve as an identifying element of the various products and services that are offered in the market. A trademark must be registered so that you, as the owner, can obtain a title that gives you the right to use it exclusively in the Mexican territory. By doing this, nobody can use it without your permission.
